You are NOT ALLOWED to use our services for
- Illegal Activities such as the hosting of copyright material, warez etc.
- Email spamming
- Torrents
- Any other type of high packet load or disruptive network traffic or disruptive processes that effect the experience of our other users.
- The purpose of selling illegal substances or devices
- IRC Bots and any irc related scripts. General IRC knowledge/information is acceptable.
- For hate purposes
- Hacking of any degree/type
- Denial of service attempts


You may use our services for
+ Personal related hosting
+ Business related hosting
+ Hosting adult related content as long as it abides by U.S laws and your can prove that you own the property and / or legally licensed to distribute adult content.


PLEASE NOTE:
We are "easy going" with respect to what you host as long as its legal and does not put our network and servers under heavy load or harm. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we will respond to you as quickly as possible.


IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING BACKUPS:
Firstly, we are honest enough to be upfront with you regarding backups. With most of our economic costing packages (just like other hosting companies - some which even fraudulently claim to do backups), our customers are responsible for making backups of their critical data such as database backups and file backups if the packages we offer do not specifically mention such backups. While our leased services via our datacenter are covered under weekly backups, our data centre does not take liability for loss of data in the event of failure or failure during a restoration of a backup. However, our data center offers server configurations that can do continuous backups to their private network but those packages cost more. Please contact us for more details if you are interested in such solutions - we would be more than happy to assist you further. We also have our own solution for daily data replication if you are interested in a cheaper backup solution - the choice is up to you. With that being said, we have never experienced data loss in the 2 years we have leased servers and our data center is proactive on hard disk maintenance and replacements which lowers the risk significantly for data loss. In addition to this proactive support, all our servers are RAID 10 which further reduces the risk of data loss.
